How overpriced, you have no idea... those sockets are brand new replacements and aren't even of the correct size for the chandelier.

at least, I think...

Only time I have ever seen those sockets used was in modern lighting, no earlier than about 2000. I just don't know for sure, there might be an outstanding circumstance somewhere...
The Underwriters' certification is also of a relatively new style and a bit different from the one used in the 60's-70's.

Nick, I don't think you realize that this fixture is no older than the 90s. F. Fabbian is an Italian company that sells luxury lighting. Many of their fixtures can retail in the 5 figure range, this fixture probably isn't an exception.

They used to retail ceiling fan lighting through Casablanca. I have a few models of these NOS.
